Client Service Representative
MIR3 has an opening in San Diego for a Client Service Representative. The Client Services Representative (CSR) is a critical customer relationship management role within customer services at MIR3. As the primary point of contact, the CSR is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service, as well as represent client needs and goals within the Support organization while ensuring high quality through the coordination of resources within R&D, Services, Sales and Technical Support to drive the resolution of critical issues. Additionally, the CSR will build a strong relationship with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Provides a single point of contact for a customer engagement with Support on a proactive, long-term (years) basis.
- Establishes and maintains strong, trusted relationships with assigned customer accounts.

Software Development Test Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop testing and benchmarking tools using a standard or scripting language to test the capabilities of the target system.
- Perform functional, regression, load and integration tests. Document test cases, test plans and other related correspondence. Set test environments.
- Review engineering and product documentation. Audit requirements, help files and online product manuals. Create known issue lists and track defects.
- Automate acceptance, load and regressions scripts. Plan future test automation strategies. Participate in group automation sessions and test case reviews.
- Provide engineering product support to technical and non-technical personnel. Resolve high level support issues and act as level 3/level 4 support.
- Test telephony servers and other hardware platforms including e-mails servers, fire walls, and databases. Provide testing support to NetOps team and train MIR3 personnel.
Requirements:
- Some understanding of programming in JAVA, C++ or any other high level language is highly desired.
- Ability to work with HTML, PHP, XML and other web technologies is mandatory.
- Experience handling several enterprise level projects simultaneously in a dynamic work environment involving different teams from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent oral and written skills including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel is highly desired.
- Should have an open mind and must be willing to listen to internal and external customers to understand requirements and product modification requests.
- Strong analytical skills and the willingness to learn new methods and testing tools as well as the ability to adapt to changing demands is a definite plus.
- Automation experience is required.
- Experience in with enterprise level software test environment employing Agile techniques is a must.
- Scripting ability in Python or similar scripting language (including shell scripting) is mandatory. Experience in cutting edge software testing and life cycle management techniques, including Agile, to build evolving environments is highly valued.

Technical Services Representative (TSR) is a member of our Technical Services team who reports directly to the Director of Technical Services.
