Amir Moussavian

President and CEO

In his role with MIR3, Mr. Moussavian oversees the company’s strategic direction and operations, including leading the company’s expansion into the European and Middle Eastern markets in 2010.

Prior to joining MIR3, Mr. Moussavian was the chairman and chief executive officer of Contigo Software, one of the first companies to bring online meetings to the Internet. He led Contigo to a successful acquisition by Raindance Communications (NASDAQ: RNDC) in June, 2000.

Mr. Moussavian's career achievements also include the founding of HawkNet, Inc., a developer and publisher of performance management software for Novell networks, high-speed backup software and Microsoft NT servers. Within two years, Mr. Moussavian successfully led HawkNet from a start-up to its acquisition by BMC Software (NYSE: BMC). Prior to HawkNet, Mr. Moussavian served as President and CEO of GigaTrend, Inc., a pioneer in the 4mm data storage hardware and software industry.

Scott Neill

Chief Financial Officer

In his role as chief financial officer, Mr. Neill oversees and directs all financial management for MIR3. With over 25 years of financial management, investment banking and strategic venture planning experience, Mr. Neill has served as the CFO for a number of companies ranging from startup ventures to mid-sized businesses.

Before joining MIR3, Mr. Neill was the CFO at Polexis, Contigo Software, Inc., and HawkNet, Inc. While at HawkNet, Inc., Mr. Neill successfully raised over $20 million in venture capital and managed more than $50 million in corporate cash flow.

Mr. Neill has also held financial positions at Ford Motor Company, Hughes Aircraft Company, and Beckman Instruments.

Frank Mahdavi

Chief Strategy Officer

In his role as chief strategy officer for MIR3, Frank Mahdavi provides comprehensive insight and understanding of market trends, changes and advancements. Mr. Mahdavi is also responsible for strategic development, knowledge of growing vertical markets and technology partnerships.

Prior to joining MIR3, Mr. Mahdavi was director of professional services at Peregrine Systems, helping to provide enterprise software solutions to Fortune 100 clients. Mr. Mahdavi has worked extensively in business and software development areas, including enterprise software solutions delivery.

Mr. Mahdavi holds a B.S. and an M.S. in aeronautical engineering from California Polytechnics State University in San Luis Obispo, as well as an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Larry Kettler

Executive VP, Sales & Marketing

Throughout his 25-year career, Mr. Kettler has been involved in the emergence of new technologies. He has held executive management and sales roles in software, consumer electronics, Internet technology, and telephony companies.

As executive VP of sales and marketing for MIR3, Mr. Kettler is responsible for all domestic sales including direct and channel. He is also in charge of worldwide marketing, communicating the MIR3 vision and strategy through positioning and messaging. Mr. Kettler holds a BS degree in marketing from San Diego State University.

Previously, Mr. Kettler was CEO of Linspire, Inc. and was responsible for guiding and managing the company's overall business strategy and identifying and establishing the relationships that eventually led to the acquisition of Linspire by Xandros. After the acquisition Mr. Kettler served as VP of business development and GM at Xandros. Before joining Linspire, Mr. Kettler served as VP of channel sales and business development at Raindance Communications (Nasdaq: RNDC), a pioneer in Web and phone conferencing and collaboration services.

Maz Ghorban

Vice President, Support Services

As VP of support services, Maz Ghorban brings to MIR3 more than 13 years of experience in the high tech and telecommunications industries. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Ghorban held various senior management and executive positions managing professional services, sales support and event management services at Intercall, the world's largest conferencing provider, and also worked for Raindance Communications, a leader in the Web conferencing industry. Before joining Raindance, Mr. Ghorban worked for Mr. Moussavian at Contigo Software, an Internet communications industry leader, which was acquired in June 2000 by Raindance Communications (NASDAQ: RNDC).

Mr. Ghorban is also a member of the Society of Industry Leaders for Vista Research, a Standard and Poor's company.

Clifton L. McLellan

Vice President, Engineering

VP of engineering, Clifton McLellan, brings 20 years of experience in high technology companies to the MIR3 organization. Prior to joining MIR3 Mr. McLellan held the position of CTO at Glynlyon, Inc., a leading provider of online curriculum and e-learning solutions for charter, public, and virtual schools across the United States. He also served as VP engineering at GeoMark, a location-based services company, and as director of engineering at Enosys Software, an enterprise data integration company that created the Liquid Data product for BEA Systems, leading to the acquisition of the company by BEA.

Mr. McLellan also served as the first VP of engineering at Reaction Design, the exclusive commercial developer and distributor of CHEMKIN, the de facto standard for modeling gas and surface-phase chemistry, and a leader in developing clean technology combustion systems and fuels for the transportation and energy sectors.

Mr. McLellan received an A.B. degree from Bowdoin College and studied ethics at Bangor Theological Seminary.

René Grossrieder

Vice President, Channels & Alliances

In his role as VP of Channels & Alliances, René Grossrieder is responsible for new growth and market expansion, managing major account field sales and sales engineering, global channel partners including OEM, reseller and technology alliances as well as global marketing. Mr. Grossrieder brings with him more than 20 years of experience in high technology industries predominately focused on enterprise software. Prior to joining MIR3, Mr. Grossrieder provided strategic and operational consulting services in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, sales and marketing, and business development. He also has served as VP of sales, global marketing and channels for a VoIP software company as well as VP of sales for a data analytics software company, which was sold to NCR Teradata (NYSE:TDC).

Mr. Grossrieder holds an MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management with concentrations in finance, technology innovation and global leadership as well as a B.A. in business from the University of Washington.

Robert Fink

Vice President, Platform Technologies

As VP of platform technologies for MIR3, Robert Fink is charged with directing the product management and professional services departments. This includes leading the development and implementation of the MIR3 product roadmap and providing customers with strategic consultation services to help them accelerate business growth. Mr. Fink, a seasoned professional with more than 15 years of software engineering experience joins MIR3 from Skylight Healthcare Systems, where he served as director of software development and was responsible for meeting revenue goals for the company’s next-generation flagship product.

Mr. Fink received an M.B.A. in strategy and management from McGill University and a B.S. in computer information systems from the University of Delaware.

UNIVERSITY OF PENNSYLVANIA CONTACTS OVER 53,000 PEOPLE IN RECORD TIME WITH MIR3'S MASS NOTIFICATION AND RESPONSE PLATFORM

MIR3 announced that in the past week its platform, in use by the University of Pennsylvania for its UPennAlert Emergency Notification System, had undergone an annual campus-wide test by the University's Division of Public Safety. This safety drill was conducted to ensure that all campus constituents—some 53,000 students, faculty and staff—continue to be notified with critical, accurate information in the event of any emergency.
